By entering the property, visitors agree to all farm policies both written and verbal. Farm, owners and/or staff are not liable for loss, damage, or injury to visitors and/or visitor's personal property arising out of use of or visit to premises or facilities and agrees to indemnify, exempt, and hold harmless the farm, owners and/or staff against claims. Visiting property and use of facilities are done entirely at visitors own risk. Farm, owners and/or staff are not responsible for visitor's personal property left unattended at any time. Entrance to property constitutes permission for management to photograph or video anyone while on the premises and to use those photos or videos for any lawful purpose without written permission or compensation to the individual.
